Shipping & Delivery

Each Luminous Moon piece is thoughtfully prepared with care. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow it all the way home.

Processing time  
Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days. During seasonal moments or launches, processing times may extend slightly — if so, we’ll keep you informed.

Delivery timing  
We currently ship within the United States.

After your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen delays.

Shipping rates  
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Tracking  
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still need assistance, you’re always welcome to reach us.

Address accuracy  
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be re-shipped once received back.

Lost or damaged packages  
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or 7 days of the last tracking update, and we’ll take care of you.
