Returns & Exchanges

We hope your Luminous Moon piece feels just right. If something isn’t quite as expected, we’re here to help.

Returns  
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:
• Unworn and in original condition  
• Returned in original packaging  
• Free of damage or alterations  

Non-returnable items  
For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and not eligible for return.  
Items marked final sale are also non-returnable.

How to start a return  
To begin a return, please email contact@luminousmoonshop.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll reply with next steps.

Return shipping  
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds  
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Damaged or incorrect items  
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo so we can assist promptly.
